Engineering Geological Investigations
A successful construction project begins with understanding the soil and groundwater conditions. Through ground investigations, we provide verified baseline data about the construction site, helping you avoid unexpected costs later on in the project.
Geotechnical Calculations
Geotechnical calculations are essential for ensuring the safety of a construction project and finding cost-effective foundation solutions. We assess foundation bearing capacity and settlement, as well as the overall stability of slopes, embankments, excavations and retaining structures.
Construction Supervision and Monitoring
During construction, it is important to ensure that actual ground conditions and construction methods are same as assumed in the design phase. Monitoring allows us to track the behaviour of soil and structures in real time to help prevent potential hazards.

Our work includes drilling operations, soil sampling, laboratory testing analysis, and preparation of investigation reports.
For field investigations, we use a lightweight and mobile dynamic probing and drilling rig (Nordmeyer Geotool Dynamic Probing Rig LMSR-SPT-Hk). The equipment enables drilling, soil sampling, and dynamic penetration testing (DPL, DPM, DPH, DPSH, and SPT) in various soil conditions. For investigations in rock formations, we cooperate with partners who have suitable drilling rigs and equipment for rock drilling and sampling.
Our clients include architects, designers, and construction companies, whom we help reduce construction risks related to natural ground and environmental conditions. We operate year-round throughout Estonia, carrying out investigations in urban environments as well as in challenging natural conditions. We are flexible and ready to work on sites regardless of their location.
